Arcane seems to be in a really good place right now. Infusing with bleed to up it's bleed buildup or occult to scale with arcane can get pretty strong. There will be some bosses that don't bleed though so you'll want a backup option in those instances. I personally really like spin slash on a cold nagakiba regardless of build.

It depends if you want to do a bleed build or not. I would say the bleed build is overall probably stronger, but some enemies are immune to bleed, so keen will be more consistent. Depends on how you wanna build the rest of your character. If you want higher physical damage, go keen and make DEX your main damage stat.
