Getting OAL FROM 1.85 TO 2.10 and powder from 26.gr to 33.gr with 350 gr. bullets and H110 powder. Like.I load my 350 gr Berrys bullets with 30gr Lil gun with CCI Large pistol primers in a Starline case. Excellent plinking rounds with good accuracy . Forgot to mention, I've been reloading for 12ish years, but just now got into 458. My experience is mainly 300blk, 6.5, 338, 30-30, etc. Appreciate any, and all help!That being said if you cant get an answer, start here Burn Rate Chart CBF BLK is number 69 on the best. Yes they will. .458 SOCOM, .45-70, .458 Mag all use the same diameter bullets. I have had very good luck with bulk packaged Remington 300 gr. JHP bullets from Midway. I use 35.5 gr. of Winchester 296 powder, in Starline cases, with CCI Large Pistol Magnum Primers. Accuracy wise they’ve been incredible in all calibers I’ve used (300prc 200gr, 120gr 7mm-08, 140gr 7mm rem mag, 500gr 458 socom, 300gr 500sw). Haven’t killed anything with them yet though. Just developed loads. From what I’ve seen they’re supposed to work incredible on game.

I have been blowing up hogs with the 458 for a few years now and I will say that it is one of the best pig killing loads out there. I like the 300 TTSX and the 405 gr jsp. Both work great, but the 405 is cheaper.Between teppo, Nosler, Lyman you should be on the way. The FTX is a nice round. Lee reloading dies come with crap for data. At least they did when I got mine. Take the published stuff and cross reference it with posted loads. Load development like normal. I think I’ve posted a few loads on this forum.
